- For the Michigan State vs. Wisconsin game on February 22, 1999 (56 - 51 Win), Michigan State won the Big Ten Championship wearing throwback Michigan Agricultural College (MAC) jerseys, which was was similar to the regular season with the replacement of the Michigan State Arch Logo with a MAC logo - fonts used for the player last names and player numbers also remained the same
